BlingBlang BiLiBaLa hopes to connect different communities through art and design, explore the possibility of participating in the community in innovative ways, and stimulate people to change their existing understanding of daily life, thinking patterns, reshape thinking methods, and self-exploration; influence community members more creative, make the cultural life of the community more wonderful, and develop an inclusive, unique and sustainable living space; collaborate with the cultural landscape of the area to create a distinctive regional environment.
